Electronic gift cards are delivered via email. If you do not receive your gift card within 12 hours, please email hello@cafeknotted.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
Gift cards do not expire. However, if a gift card remains unused for 5 years, it will need to be re-issued. Please contact hello@cafeknotted.com if your card is approaching 5 years with no activity.
