About Cafe Knotted — Artisanal Donuts & Coffee in Los Angeles
Bringing Knotted Donuts from
Seoul to Los Angeles
Cafe Knotted began in Seoul in 2017 with the simple goal of creating food that brings people joy. What started as a small café known for its cream-filled donuts has grown into one of Korea's most recognized bakery and café brands.
Today, Knotted has expanded across Korea and has come to Los Angeles, first at Westfield Century City and now in the Arts District. Our LA locations have grown into a full bakery and café experience — from our signature donuts and fresh pastries to a breakfast and brunch menu, premium coffee, and matcha. We continue to share our love of food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere with new communities while staying true to where we started.
WHY KNOTTED
Knotted was created to make everyday moments a little happier. We value quality, consistency, and thoughtful details in everything we do. From the design of our spaces to the taste of our donuts, our goal is to create an experience that feels warm, simple, and genuine.
Our Dough
Our dough is the foundation of what makes Knotted special. It’s crafted to be soft, airy, and balanced, with a texture that complements our fresh cream fillings. Each batch is made with precision to maintain the quality and consistency our customers know us for.
Made In-House
Every item at Knotted is made fresh in-house. Our donuts, fillings, and toppings are prepared daily by our team, ensuring every bite meets our standards of freshness and taste. We take pride in the care and time that goes into every step of the process.
Quality
We use only ingredients we trust and believe in: our coffee is brewed with beans from Stereoscope Coffee, a local Los Angeles roaster; our matcha is sourced from Nekohama, using ceremonial-grade powder; every cream, glaze, and topping is made in small batches to ensure freshness.
From Seoul to Los Angeles, we remain committed to delivering quality desserts and coffee that reflect the care and passion behind the Knotted name.
